    BARKER -- The JV Lady Raiders Softball team defeated Akron 15-4 on Monday. Destiny Metzler pitched a complete game with nine strike outs for the win. Behind the plate Olivia Denny had three assists to second base and was in on two double plays.
     
    Swinging the bat Denny was 3 for 4 with a triple. Stephanie Pyra and Sydney Webb each added triples. Abby Heitzenrater and Jessica Hefferon both hit a double.
