    Desmarais, Fannin And Golding All Hit Doubles

    BARKER -- The JV Baseball team fell to Roy-Hart on Tuesday 13-2. Austin Higgins picked up his first hit of the season while Ryan Fannin and Zach Golding each had two hits. Golding had a double and a triple while Fannin chipped in with a double. Jake Desmarais also added a double for the Raiders who dropped to 4-5 in the league and 4-6 overall.

    Tim Flint threw five innings striking out six. Jake Elniskey and Golding both made exceptional catches in the game. Elniskey went hard into foul ground in left field to extend out with a bare hand to catch a foul pop up while Golding hustled to the out of play line near the Roy-Hart dugout to secure and out off of another foul pop up.
     
    Barker is on the road on Thursday to play at Wilson at 4:45.
