    Three Raiders Combine To Scatter Five Hits In Victory

    NEWFANE -- The JV Baseball team made it a clean sweep over Newfane this season with an 8-7 victory on Tuesday. The win gives the team a 7-6 league mark and they are now 11-8 overall. Tony Diez, Josh Bergman and Tyler Gregoire combined to scatter five hits for the Raiders. Bergman got the win and Gregoire was credited with the save.
     
    Zach Shaft had two hits and four RBI while Hayden Gooding added two hits including a double. Spencer Moore chipped in with a double. Diez had an RBI on a squeeze bunt. Diez, Jake Haight, Codi McKee and Gregoire had the other Barker hits.
     
    Barker will host Medina on Thursday at 4:30 in the final game of the season.
